The Corbett Community Mosaic was unveiled in October 2026. Led by mosaic artists Tamara Froud and Wendy Dean, people from across Catford took part in design and making sessions, and the result is a stunning new artwork that celebrates the area’s myriad cultural identities.

Local filmmaker Ben Honeybone documented the creation of the mosaic, which is on permanent display in the entrance to the Corbett Community Library. Both the film and the mosaic were funded by Arts Council England’s Lottery programme. The film lasts 20 minutes.
